Membership is free but as with all organisations we do have costs to be met and would welcome any tax-deductable donations. Cheques should be made payable to PHA-UK and sent to the following address. If you are a UK tax payer, please also take the time to complete a Gift Aid declaration form, the government then adds over 28% per donation.
