PHA-UK Chatroom - terms of use

This chatroom is owned by PHA-UK. Access is granted on the condition that users accept and obey all rules and conditions listed in this document.

Any use of the chatroom is taken as your agreement to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions and all the rules herein may be subject to change without notice and it is the responsibility of all users to apprise themselves of all updates. To this end it is suggested that you re-read this document regularly.

Chatroom Rules of Conduct

When chatting all members are expected to conduct themselves courteously and be respectful in your conversation at all times.

The harassment of other members, abusive or obscene language will not be tolerated and will result in your IP address being banned*.

The Following Are Absolutely Prohibited in the Chatroom.

Posts Offering the Sale/Trade of any goods, no matter how innocent will result in your IP address being banned*.

You may not make a post containing any wording, material or links to websites containing wording or material liable to cause offence to other members. This includes, but is not limited to, wording or material liable to cause offence by its reference to race/creed/colour or religion.

Reporting a user. If you find a message that you think is breaking the rules or you think the post has or will cause a problem or offence you can report the users name to webmaster@pha-uk.com where we will do everything in our power to restrict further acccess.

No chatroom Spamming! This includes links to website you are involved in or links to sites as a deliberate attempt to increase membership at the other sites. Some links to websites will be allowed – for example links to jokes and comedy sites or links to sites that provide useful information to other members of this room.

If your IP address is banned and you feel it has been banned in error, you may contact webmaster@pha-uk.com and we will address the reasons for the ban.

 

*IP addresses are your unique identifier on the internet. The chatroom has access to this information and can use it to restrict entrance.
